Vocabulary Settings

Vocabulary are set of terms that are grouped together by a certain logic. See the explanation about Tags to understand what this logic can be. Click on the Tags tab to setup the vocabularies and terms in your group. This page is an overview off all the vocabularies you have. You can see th vocabulary name, in which content types it will appear and links to other operations such as add terms.

Vocabulary Name

Enter a descriptive name of the vocabulary. It can be gender, fabrics, my providers, etc'.

Help Text

If the name of the vocabulary isn't sufficient you can enter some more explanation about this vocabulary. For example "This vocabulary is a group of all the providers that are from south-east Asia."

Select the content types that this vocabulary should appear in. For example if you define a vocabulary called Fabric provider it probably should be in Style and Marker and possible in Spec but not in Image content type. Remeber that if you change your mind, you can always edit this and add or remove content types.

Tags

This option makes the vocabulary a free tags. You would usually not select this option.

Multiple Select

When disabled you will be able to select only a single term from the vocabulary. Enabled makes it multiple .

Required

When disabled you will not be obligated to select a term.

Weight

Control the order of the vocabularies as they are presented in the content creation or content editing page. The bigger value it has the lower it 'sinks'.
