How much does it does simplePDM cost
It is FREE! You can find additional premium services in our pricing page.
How do I delete content
If you have permissions to delete a content you can do it by click on the edit tab, scrolling down and clicking on the Delete button.
You may do it also directly via URL, for example if you would like to delete node/1 you can enter in the address bar node/1/unpublish - and click enter.
How do I group content together
You have two ways of doing it:
- Use the Content reference field. You would usually reference to a style content.
- Use the power of tags. Add a term in your group's tags, that describes your group. For example, if you had a group you wanted to call "Product 1234", then you would create a vocabulary called "Product groups", add a term "Product 1234" and then assign all the content to that term.
How do I add users to my group
Every group has an Admin user, the admin has access to a special page see add members page for more information.
Why do I see "Site off-line" when I try to access simplePDM
Site off-line means that the site is under maintenance, usually during short period of time and on the week-ends or late hours.
